Adecco Customer Service Role Profile

  • GCSE A-C Grade Maths and English or equivalent relevant experience

The Role:

You will be working within a department handling a large variety of inbound calls from our customers ranging from simple questions to more complex queries regarding their credit cards. You will promote appropriate services, products and benefits to customers.

Depending on performance and eligibility criteria, successful candidates may also have the opportunity to be offered a permanent role with our client.

Hours:

14 week rota with an average of 35 hours per week over 7 days

Earliest start 06:45, Latest finish 22:15

Pay:

£8.62 p/h for shifts starting between 7.00am and 11.00am

£9.48 p/h for shifts starting after 11am

In addition to your salary, a monthly OTE incentive package based on performance is available to all temporary associates
