Role Purpose:
HSBC Technology and Services - Global Banking and Markets provides world-class systems and solutions for the global markets business. Within the division, HSBC Securities Services (HSS) IT supports business functions associated with Fund Services, Custody, and Corporate Trust & Loan Agency.
Accountabilities:
The Infrastructure Solutions Designer will be responsible for technical deliverables from this programme, with particular focus on Objectstore virtualisations, Linux migrations and testing automations as a new technology to implement within the technology stack, which is primarily Java, Selenium and EMC based in this regard.
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in Financial Services
- Strong technical design, analysis, consultancy and coordination skills
- Knowledge in Linux, RedHat, EMC products, Oracle 11g/12
- Good Knowledge in Software Testing Life Cycle
