Global IT Purchasing Manager - 6 months - English speaking
We are looking for a purchasing professional to join our clients Global Purchasing team.
- In your role as the Global Purchasing Manager, Information Technology, you will work closely with the Category Lead to support the development and implementation of the IT category strategies and plans.
- Your key responsibility will be to initiate and manage sourcing projects in compliance with category plans whilst consistently ensuring effective relationship management with your primary internal stakeholders and suppliers. You will also support local entities and act in your capacity as an advisor to them in the procurement of local services and contract negotiations.
- You will perform spend analysis and benchmarks, and qualify opportunities for costs saving in the lead of IT tenders (RFx), review bids and strategically negotiate and award contracts.
- You will be responsible for developing contract framework agreements in collaboration with our legal team. And you will measure, monitor and report supplier performance and delivery against contractual agreements.
