Support Analyst | Den Haag | 9 months | Dutch Speaking, ITIL, MS Office
Square One is currently looking for a Support Analyst for a 9 month contract in Den Haag.
The role will involve:
Registering alerts (incidents, problems, questions)
Solving ICT related alerts, where possible, or assigning to the appropriate colleagues
Monitoring the progress of incidents within the specified processing time according to the agreed SLA
Liaising with internal customers on outstanding reports
Being responsible for the ICT magazine
Installing, configuring and maintaining laptops, PCs, fixed and mobile telephones and printers
Creating, managing and deleting email accounts, and accounts for different applications
Introducing changes in the CMDB, providing support for MS Office applications on a best effort basis, and instructing the end user as needed
Experience as a (senior) ICT service provider in a medium or large enterprise
Planning and coordinating departmental activities
MBO training in a relevant discipline (eg Computer Science)
Good knowledge of ITIL, MS Office products and workplace automation
Understanding of ICT services, infrastructure and applications
Understanding of the business processes of the customer
Excellent command of the Dutch language in writing and speaking
