Salesforce DeveloperA leading technology company in Cambridge requires an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team following a Salesforce implementation across the business.
The successful Salesforce Developer will help with the ongoing build and customisation of the salesforce platform.
The challenge of the role is to align the company's Salesforce organisation with changing business model. This includes, but is not limited to, introducing new product lines and enabling cross sell between our shrink wrap and OEM sales teams.
The daily tasks:
- Based on the business and product requirements decide on the best implementation approach, including deciding between development and non-code solutions, e.g. using APEX or Process Builder
- Be able to advise on Salesforce best practices
- Clarify requirements with commercial users and clearly communicate pros and cons of the proposed solution to the technical staff
- Be able to implement proposed solutions following our development practices, including coding standards, test coverage and reviews
- Help with on-going maintenance and bug fixing
This role will be based in our office 5 days a week.
