Summary of job description

You are responsible for making market research, product selection, business requirement analysis, pricing model analysis and comparison, developing proof of concept, prototypes, and pilots. You are analytical, and a champion with MS-PowerPoint, Excel to build idea, concept, study report, case studies .You are very active in social platforms and innovation forums. You also have past experience in business system operation/administration and providing executive support
You have working experience in generating new/innovating ideas and concepts around different business process, services, brand, customer engagement, executive computing, usability, health and safety, cost optimization, operation optimization, efficiency, productivity. with a goal of making good things happen through digital technology which will bring us improved customer experience and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list)

To operate cloud platforms.

Manage business process/systems.

Perform requirements analysis.

Interact with executive users, guide/support them in adopting/using technology platforms.

Drive operational, people and technology changes. Perform release management

To lead market analysis and product selection.

Develop opportunities to concept and prepare business case.
-
Prepare end of market study reports.
-
Transform complex solution flows into easily understandable and visually simple yet consolidated and structured for management briefing.

Work with business function to develop solution criteria and priorities.

Prepare and run workshop with business and partners.
-
Make product demonstration to business, IT management.
-
Work with purchasing team to run RFP/RFQ process.

Independently run small scale pilots/PoC
-
Vendor management.
-
Internal and external support coordination.

High levels of performance, excellent communication and delivery
Requirements
-
Previous working experience with executive assistants, executive offices
-
Comfortable with executive communication. Able to simplify technology/terms for executive understanding.

Multitasking and able to work under stress.
-
Previous experience with communication/email marketing platform is a plus.
-
Understanding of information security/encryption etc. is a plus.

The ideal candidate has extensive innovation experience with a proven track record of innovation delivery from opportunity to insight through to successful launch. Includes an innovation focus on products, services, organizational, business and financial models.

Working experience with financial models and market analysis

Ability to facilitate the identification and understanding of customer needs, gaps and opportunities from an industry perspective

Expert proficiency in MS-Excel is a required.

Master's in Management of Innovation and Technology

Experience with initiating and leading the development of IT innovation topics by identifying opportunities for innovation in different business areas.

Experience in showcasing best practice innovation principles and tools to enable innovative capabilities across all segments of business operations

Experience in deploying and managing the innovation management portal/platform.

Ability to think strategically and innovatively and to turn that thinking into realistic plans and workflows.
