Description
Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP BPC 10 hands on consultant with operation/project experience.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of SAP BPC and its interfaces to other models
- Minimum 5 years of SAP BPC experience (implementation & maintenance). Minimum of three full life cycle implementation of SAP BPC. Experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP BPC solutions, including:
o Building Application Sets/Environments
o Build Dimensions (Members, Hierarchies, Properties, Dimension Formulas)
o Work Status
o Business Rules
o Business Process Flows
o Security
o Publishing/Offline Distribution
o Configuring BPC Portal pages
o Developing Script Logic
o Configuring and scheduling Data Manager packages through BPC for Office
- Applied experience in implementing planning, consolidation and reporting and analytics with the SAP BPC suite in large complex organization in global context.
- Expert VBA/macro development and debugging skills.
- Experience in performing a Quality Assurance role in respect of configuration, development and documentation
- Analyze and capture business requirements
- Strong background in designing and implementing Corporate Performance Management solutions
- Ability to create complex EPM reports (native & custom).
- Ability to train internal staff specifically in advanced SAP BPC methods.
- Ability to advise client and develop complex technical architecture and design.
- Experience in integrating BPC with third party systems (master data management)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of French language is a plus.
Preferred (good to have) skills
- Exposure to SAP/MS BI/BW
- Experience regarding consolidation processes and related business rules
- Experience with integrating BI and BPC and infrastructure/DB knowledge around BPC will be highly regarded
The Role:
The consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of solutions using SAP Business Objects Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). The consultant will perform hands-on BPC Planning design and configuration (reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations, distributions, etc). The consultant will be responsible of creating and maintaining documentations for new and existing applications.
