Sarbanes, Sarbanesoxley, Sarbanes-oxley, Sarbanes-Oxley legislation (SOX),Compliance Audit, compliance, controls, Ideally Utilities experience (Gas/Electricity/Water/Energy) 4 Month Contract, possible temp to perm, Based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, Day rate: £225 - £300 per day
Role: Controls and Compliance Analyst
Contract: To December 2016 with chances of going temp to perm
Rate: £225-£300
(A maximum of 2 weeks noticed period will be considered for this role)
Key Requirements:
Sarbanes-Oxley experience in the last 12-18 months, Experience within Utilities would be desirable.
Job Purpose:
To support the UK Controls & Compliance team to provide controls expertise to the UK business, including the provision of general controls guidance, support and formal testing of the control design and operation to support my Clients annual Sarbanes-Oxley attestation process.
Experience Required:
*Experience of internal or external audit, or other process/controls assurance activities (for instance Sarbanes-Oxley testing)
*Ability to understand and critically assess complex business and financial processes and produce high quality process and controls documentation (including production of process flow diagrams using MS Visio or similar)
*Knowledge and experience of control frameworks - including a robust understanding of process, risk and controls
*Good finance knowledge & experience
*Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
Qualified or part Qualified Accountant and/or qualified audit practitioner (but this may be demonstrated through robust practical experience rather than formal qualification)
