I have a great new opportunity working for a leading engineering company as an infrastructure AB with a particular focus on Facilities, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, SAP, MES, IT Infrastructure (clients, Servers, networks, storage).
Key Responsibilities/skills:
- IT project mandate
- Stakeholder Matrix
- Benefits definition
- Documented current state vs future state (could include formal business process documentation, use cases or less formal scenarios/user journeys etc.)
- Business Requirements (could include, traditional BRC's or user epics/story backlog etc.) that state functional and non-functional requirements in a SMART manner
- Requirements traceability throughout the project life cycle
- Business change approach artefacts
- Change documentation, assessment and management
- Delivery and Service Transition frameworks, including (but not limited to):
- Project scheme documentation (funding)
- Design artefacts
- Test and quality assurance artefacts
- Service introduction artefacts
- Training material/activities
- Running and attending workshops/meetings with IT and business representatives.
- Preforming functional assurance reviews for projects, and related governance activities
- Assess impact of changes as and when required on each project
- Support testing activities to ensure requirements are met
