* This role will head up the Cross Platform Services Engineering and Development for all of Poland..We need someone who can drive a team of engineers to create practical solutions to problems that span applications and infrastructure.
* While this role will focus on Job Scheduling and the creation of our Microservice Service methodology, this person will want to be part of a bigger movement to change how our client does business.

Key Skills
- Deep technical experience with CA-Autosys, (any of) Activiti/EdorasOne/Drools and Documentum
- A detailed understanding of SDLC process
- A background in data driven solutions
- Experience working in larger global organizations that have a demanding workload
- A background in infrastructure and application development.
- A driven, self-motivated team leader that will be capable of building a culture of partnership and team problem solving.
- Have strong technical experience in product technologies for Job Scheduling, process management and content management in larger enterprises.
- Capable of driving consensus between multiple technical and business teams.
- Have a detailed understanding of SDLC process
- Capable of driving programs and technologies without daily direction
- Capable of being a convincing and compelling leader
