Scrum Master | Application Management | 3 months Initial | Beerse | Drupal, Sharepoint, PHP, Java.
Square one are currently looking for a Scrum Master with knowledge of working in Application development. for an initial 3 month contract based in Belgium.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Leads digital software development utilizing specialized knowledge and skills, while following approved standard policies and procedures (eg SDLC, Agile, IAPP, etc). This role requires a broad knowledge of Drupal, SharePoint, PHP, Sympfony, JAVA solutions, leadership and creativity to work within a large IT service delivery organization to drive business solutions.
Performs assessments of customer demand and partners with order analysts to deliver estimates and quotes for digital software development
Will plan, schedule approved vendors to deliver the service.
Will oversee the work of vendor resources throughout a project.
Will manage the AS budget for the delivery of the service and be responsible for reporting on service performance to leadership and customers.
May run service improvement initiatives.
May play scrum master role on specific projects, guiding team on Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
