Opening for a very experienced and motivated Senior UX/UI Designer to join a well established Irish company in Dublin 4.Summary of Role:
Reporting directly to the Development Manager the Senior UI/UX Designer is a core member of the team. You will work in an agile team environment in the design and execution of web and mobile products. You will work on business critical applications, supported by a team of technical experts.
In that role, you will:

- Maintain a consistent user experience across applications and UI Frameworks
- Ensuring robust, modern design practices and methodologies are implemented.
- Initiating, suggest and spearhead UX improvements.
Responsibilities of the role: -
- Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Collaborating with client, product owners, stakeholder groups and business analysis teams to provide creative direction and UX expertise.
- Design user-journey storyboards and wireframes
- Conduct user research and develop personas
- Contribute to the requirements defining process
- Produce high-fidelity UI designs.
- Delivering designs and prototypes to UI specifications for engineering.

- Oriented on problem solving and integrating various requirements and sources into scalable solutions
- Deep understanding of different project aspects as well as project stakeholders
- Ability to work in high pressured environment and meet the delivery timeline with high degree of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent technical skills with large enterprise level applications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge of latest web and mobile technologies, web accessibility, UI Design principles and patterns & Graphic design
- Deep understanding of UI design for mobile, web and desktop
- Strong interaction design skills in crafting effective application flows, wireframes and mockups
- Identify and solve cross-platform, cross-media issues
- Identify and solve application scalability
- Information Architecture design knowledge
- Excellent skills with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator)
- Excellent knowledge of Apple human interface guidelines, iOS design patterns and components
- Excellent knowledge of Android material design patterns and principals
- Excellent knowledge of web application design and development patterns
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED):
- Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experienced with JavaScript, Angular.js and jQuery
- Familiar with native applications design and development principals as well as hybrid
- Familiar with node.js/npm/bower/grunt technology stack
- Familiar with code versioning solutions (Git)
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in technical field is a plus
- Minimum 5 years UX/UI Design experience
- Experience with Banking applications
- Experienced with User Research and Usability Testing
- Experience designing for mobile, tablet and desktop
- Experience with agile development process
- Experience working on complex projects and changing priorities
- Carrying out user and usability research and analysing findings
- Precise and high attention to detail
