Our client requires a FastTrack Manager based in Reading.
Must be able to speak Fluent Spanish due to the nature of the position.
The FastTrack manager is responsible for delivering the customer Onboarding and Adoption Experience for Office 365 and other cloud services (eg: Intune, AADP, etc), while utilizing the company's IP and assets across partners.
The role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer and business results.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring customers on how they can get value from the products to which they are entitled
- Drive strong project governance and resolution of issues to ensure adherence to timelines, build credibility, maximize customer satisfaction and consumption of cloud services
- Develop, foster and maintain effective customer and partner relationships maintaining CSAT
- Act as advocate for customer issues and accelerate resolution
- Ensure customers are supported by a partner or partners, establish a collaborative and "customer-first" relationship with those partners and hold them to a high standard of performance
- Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding and Adoption process and technology improvements for Office 365 and other cloud services (eg: Intune, AADP, etc)
- Maintain high level of data quality and hygiene to enable rapid and reliable reporting to all stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should have a three-year degree similar or the equivalent in work experience.
- 2-3 years working in a Customer Success Discipline. Deep understanding of cloud customer engagement
- Account or relationship management experience, with ability to develop trusted advisor relationships
- Customer facing services experience (consulting or account management) that includes issue resolution and escalation management
- Excellent communication skills, articulate and clear verbal and written skills with the ability to have an open dialogue with customer & partner; and convey complex scenarios in a language that is understood by their audience
- A project management certification or equivalent work experience in the field is a bonus.
