The Global Digital Marketing Team at this company is responsible for all digital communications global.
Supporting the marketing function in helping to fulfil its objectives, in creating world class communication and ensuring marketing is considered best in class both internally and externally.
The Companies Business Plan is tremendously ambitious both in its product introductions and expansion of current range.
You will be focusing on achieving the required growth in the role of marketing, specifically digital marketing in the role of the Social and Content Manager.
The successful candidate will help deliver social and content strategies, create campaigns and assets across the business in owned and earned channels.
This is in Tandem with supporting the rest of the marketing (MC) team in driving the overall marketing strategy.
As a key member of the Global Digital Marketing team, this role supports the teams Digital Marketing Senior Manager, deputising where necessary and supporting the General Manager for Global Digital Marketing as required.
The post holder will also be expected to manage a team of three.
I am looking for a candidate that has experience of Social Media and Channel Management, Content Creation and Delivery and Brand and Marketing Management.
You should be an excellent communicator, capable of working with all levels across the organisation, committed to transforming and growing the business. You should have excellent relationship building skills and be able to lead by example. Excellent attention to detail skills but also the ability to see "the bigger picture"
Ideally you will be degree educated, have experience of working in a digital environment, have worked in a large global organisation or an marketing agency or managed agency.
