*Communications Manager - 6 Month Contract - Banking - Manchester*
Location: Manchester
Contract: 6 months
We have a requirement for a Communications Manager who is proactive, flexible and responsive to start a 6 month contract for a large banking client of ours based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be using multiple channels to address relevant colleague groups in accordance with key stages in the Transformation & Change programme.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of regular Programme and project updates
- Continual development and uploading of Programme and Project communications onto the Bank Intranet
- Chair monthly Colleague Forum meetings, developing FAQ's
- Colleague Forum minutes
- Localised communications to support the individual projects
- Preparation of posters, notices, fact sheets, welcome packs, email responses to colleague queries on behalf of the Programme and projects and collate post move feedback
- Ensure plans are in place to communicate the right message at the right time in the right way, these plans should be flexible enough to respond to a change in circumstances, or where results suggest that the plans could be improved, they will be adapted in line with usual programme governance arrangements.
