Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager will be based with a leading financial services company in Edinburgh on an initial contract length of 3 months. Although the initial contract is for 3 months, the contract has a very high potential to go long past the initial contract on offer. The initial day rate on offer is £300 - £375 a day, the client has confirmed there is currently no flexible on the rate unfortunately. They are looking for the right Senior Finance Manager pretty urgently and ideally are looking for a candidate with notice period of 1 month or less, but it is negotiable.

The responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the new ring-fenced bank accounting capital impact assessments. Along with looking at the legal entity structures and business changes to ensure only permitted business remains within the ring fence.
Some of the core characteristics that the successful Senior Finance Manager will possess are Fully qualified accountant, very strong regulatory reporting skills (PRA, Basel III and CRD IV), and accounting consolidation processes. Some of the desirable skills that the client has listed are strong excel and PowerPoint skills, along with good oral and verbal communication.
