Description
We are looking to engage the services of an expert to assist in the analysis, design and deployment of digital data handling processes for the set-up, load/transform and maintenance of large volumes of both structured and unstructured' customer data. We are looking to increase the quality, reliability, integrity, speed and efficiency of existing core data handling processes and routines; including, where possible, the automation of manual steps within the data-life cycle. This will include appropriate, early warning, quality metrics/KPIs and gates will need to be designed & deployed.
We are looking for people with the following experience.
- Experience & understanding of operating in a Customer Ops/Ops Support environment(s) within/for technology companies.
- Experience of process optimisation and quality management in relation to data handling across full data life cycle - set-up/load, delivery into [systems: load/transform], manage/support.
- (Ideally) with a process/quality qualification such as Six Sigma (for limiting defects focus) and/or ideally LEAN (efficiency focus).
- Experience of designing, implementing and scaling processes for the handling of large volumes of digital data/transactions and insuring data quality and integrity.
- Process analysis experience - identification of inefficiencies, errors and gaps and design of mitigations.
- Experience and knowledge of quality processes, check and audits - digital environment.
- Experience of designing and deploying digital transaction measurement, metrics, KPIs, process gates and controls.
- Experience of digital automation - automation of manual data handling into digital systems eg ETL processes and procedure.
- Experience of knowledge sharing and training/developing client resources/people.
