Description
Senior Account manager required for 6 month contract based in London, with travel involved. Rates £200 to £250 per day. Experience in managing direct communications and campaigns required.
My client is looking for a Senior Account Manager in direct marketing to maintain and grow relationships within their key client in order to meet annual financial targets. Full support is offered from the Account Director in order to get up to speed with product and service offerings to offer value add services to the client.
Main responsibilities for Senior Account manager
- To understand the commercial aims of the Clients business
- To understand the Clients business objectives and what makes them money
- Responsible for identifying future revenue opportunities
- To ensure that forecast and invoicing are aligned and delivered timely and efficiently
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the day to day contact and senior members of client team
- To have a good knowledge of marketing techniques across industry sectors
- To understand the role of analysis/insight within your accounts
- Identify opportunities for adding value for the client
- To be a responsive point of contact both within employer and within the Client team for day to day issues and requirements
Senior Account Manager required skills & experience
- Direct marketing industry experience;
- Minimum 2 years account management experience
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills
- Ability to work on your own and in a team
- Be self motivated
- Strong MS Office skills
- Demonstrate a good marketing knowledge
- Knowledge of industry suppression products and scope of data services
