Intuition IT is very urgently looking for an IT Technical Designer/Analyst for a client Wraclow, Poland.
The IT Asset & Configuration Management (ITAM) team manages the strategy and development of the processes, data, and tools that are used to support the configuration and discovery of the central IT inventory as well as the IT portfolio within Customer.
The ITAM Designer/Analyst is a key role in the implementation of the ITAM function. The person will have a major impact to the IT estate and discovery processes and tools at Customer as strategic changes are occurring.
As an ITAM Technical Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and specification of new requirements. The application is globally used and acts as the foundation of operational processes as well as business architecture, risk management and IT planning. You will interact with the customer locations to understand their needs to translate them into the IT specification and with the ITAM engineering team regarding the implementation.
This will include but not be limited to:
Work with the customer to translate their requirements into the IT specification
Work with the engineering team as the technical SME's regarding the corresponding implementation
Work with our central test factory to produce the test cases
Coordinate customer testing
Work with demand management and lead related IT projects for critical requirements with global impacts
Direct implementation of small interfaces with PL/SQL
Implementation of reports based on the report builder as well as producing data extracts

Enterprise Architecture or similar tool for data modelling
Process Design UML (BPMN2) preferable
SQL and PL/SQL Scripting
MS Office, including Visio

Fluent in English (negotiation level), German preferable
