Role Purpose:
This role provides an opportunity for an individual to help shape the future of Operational Risk in HSBC by supporting the implementation of the new Operational Risk Management Framework across HSBC Globally. The jobholder will work within the Implementation Monitoring & Management Workstream on the Operational Risk Transformation Programme (ORTP).
Accountabilities:
The jobholder's principle responsibility will be to co-ordinate and ensure the resolution of all implementation support queries directed at the Operational Risk Transformation Programme. The jobholder will also provide a key role supporting the maintenance of the Programme SharePoint, implementation Toolkits and conduct completeness quality assurance on implementation activities.
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills: experience of methodically managing large volumes of data

Strong Microsoft SharePoint skills: building, modifying and maintaining the programme SharePoint site, including list form management

Previously worked in global/strategic/complex change programmes (optional)

Project Management Office experience (optional)
