SAP Sourcing Consultant - English Speaking - Leiden area, The Netherlands. Start: 5th September months +
Our End Client in the Leiden area, Netherlands is looking to hire an SAP Sourcing Consultant for a 3 month+ project.
Over the last few years, our client has set up a centralized procurement organization equipped with SAP tooling and connected to many operating companies globally. With their Global Procurement changing from a project organization in rollout-mode' to a standing organization, it is time for continuous process improvement.
The functional SAP Sourcing Consultant's tasks will include:
* Being a member of a continuous improvement project team, consisting of a mix of business and IT experts
* Cooperating with local and central Buyers, Category directors, the Global Process owner of Procurement and with other consultants to optimize their Sourcing systems and processes
* Guide changes on SAP Sourcing 10.0 (predominantly) and on SAP SRM 7.0 and SAP CLM (less likely)
* Help to optimize any of the following SAP Sourcing components: Project Management, Business Document Framework, RFx and Auctions, Contract Management, Supplier Code (compliance), Reporting, Workflow
* Report to the improvement-project lead of Global Procurement
Experience needed:
* Up-to-date SAP knowledge, as well as in-depth knowledge of purchase to pay business processes.
* Strong knowledge of SAP SOURCING (former Frictionless - this is different from SAP SRM!)
* Secondary knowledge is SAP MM, SAP SRM, SAP GTM, SAP Invoice Management, Aris modelling and SAP Solution Manager
* More than two years of relevant experience preferably in an international SAP environment.
* expert project experience with system implementations, preferably acquired at a large multinational and/or in an international environment, centralizing the purchasing function.
* Full cycle SAP SOURCING implementation; from project prep. until go live and support. Writing functional specifications. Guiding partner consultants.
* Excellent communication skills and experience in communicating with counterparts in team and business
* Able to lead workshops
