Description
Templeton and Partners are currently searching for an IT Operations Support consultant for an initial short term contract in Romania with plans to extend.
The role will involve you working on both End User and Network Support with the primary responsibilities listed as below:
- Support activities are based on tickets
- 2nd line support if SD cannot solve an user issue remotely c. GroupIT PC handling i.
- Hand-out ii. Hand-in
- Small repairs
- Registrations
- 2nd line support if SD cannot solve an user issue remotely
- On-boarding new employees (PC preparations)
- Exit leaving employees (receive returned PC's)
- GroupIT NE standard peripheral handling
- Warranty handling
- GroupIT NE generic infra support.
- Video conferencing systems
- IP-telephony
- Printers
- Sending & receiving materials to & from non-physical on-site support locations (where applicable)
