Desirable Skills
- Experience of performance engineering
- Development for cloud based systems
Required Experience
- At least 5 years experience of C# & .NET design and development
- At least 3 years experience of defining development standards
- At least 3 years experience working in agile delivery models
- At least 3 years experience working with Blue Chip clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a highly skilled performance team to identify and resolve performance, stability and quality issues
- Troubleshooting of application issues
- Deliver remediation working with offshore partners
- Carry out code reviews for quality and consistency
- Defining and delivering code quality improvements
- Resolving technical issues within complex environments
- Define development standards
- Define best practices for C# and .NET coding, including SQL queries
- Define SCM best practice and lead the implementation of SCM toolsets and standards
