Openlink Findur Consultant required for a 6 - 12 months project in Copehnahen.

Global Commodity Trading company within the Oil, Power, Gas and Metals sector is looking for Openlink Findur Consultant for a range of trading related projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support of Commodity Trading and risk applications for Intraday and End of day activities.
  • Take appropriate actions to ensure that time-critical batch steps run. This may involve root cause analysis of issues and taking appropriate corrective actions (fixing curves, excluding deals/portfolios etc.).
  • Monitor applications availability and report issues pro-actively.
  • Communicate with clients/vendors as required: inform/chase for incident progress, notify them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Fast turnaround of client requests
  • Log and prioritize tickets
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Work with the Service Desk to ensure requests are routed to appropriate resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Escalate service requests that require 3rd level support
  • Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Good experience with CTRM Application support including upstream/downstream trading systems eg Understands business workflow, trade life cycle and operations)

  • Technical knowledge of CTRM systems such as OpenLink Findur is required.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in IT industry and 3-5 years of systems support.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English
