Job specifications:
The scrum master will need to be with the team on a day-to-day basis. The scrum master needs to facilitate all activities related to working agile; arrange the scrum meetings, prepare the backlog with the product owner and the team and facilitate daily work on the PBIs. Next to that the candidate needs to assist the project manager in her role to keep the team going on a higher level; update on ongoing business (planning), indicate potential issues and notify items for stakeholders or the program. Therefore project leader or team manager skills are required as well as the appropriate social and communication skills.
Next to that the scrum master needs to be able to assist the team hands-on with testing. The database is setup in Data Vault and queries are run in SQL so experience with that is a plus. The RDM team will also setup automated testing so experience with that is also a plus.
We are looking for a pleasant person with good social skills, a flexible attitude and pragmatic approach, though a strong enough personality to be firm when needed. The project is run in a dynamic, high-paced environment that poses challenges but also gives energy.
Job requirements
* Experienced and strong scrum master
* Experience as team manager and/or project leader
* Experienced professional used to working in complex (international) environments
and large projects
* Experience in Banking
* Experience as technical tester preferred
* Knowledge of SQL and DB queries preferred
* Knowledge of DWH/BI and DataVault preferred
* Knowledge of Team Foundation Server preferred
* Knowledge of Test Management and Automated testing is a plus
