Money Market Business Controller
The Money Market Business Controller will be based with a leading financial services company in London on an initial contract length of 3 months. Although the initial contract is for 3 months, the contract has a very high potential to go long past the initial contract on offer. The initial day rate on offer is £200 - £280 a day, the client has confirmed there is currently no flexible on the rate unfortunately. They are looking for the right Money Market Business Controller pretty urgently and ideally are looking for a candidate with notice period of 1 month or less, but it is negotiable.

The responsibilities of the Money Market Business Controller will be responsible for the daily production of money market PnL statements, along with carrying out variance analysis. You would also be involved with the month end process of processing journals to the ledger.
Some of the core characteristics that the successful Money Market Business Controller will possess are part or fully qualified accountant, experience with variance analysis and strong experience in the production of daily PnL reports . Some of the desirable skills that the client has listed are product knowledge in the following; bonds, loans and deposits, interest rates, and currency swaps
