Description
For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for an IT System Integrator. The IT System Integrator shall be responsible for integrating the furnished software into a fully operational control system through installation, configuration and post-installation support activities.
TASKS
- Gather and analyze data to establish system requirements
- Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to systems integration work tasks
- Draft technical instructions and other systems integration related documents
- Provide client with post-installation and integration support
- Identify software defects and document them for development resources
Must have (knock out criteria)
- Strong experience in software integration activities: integration, configuration and installation of complex applications in a Unix/Linux environment
- Experience in working with a Scripting language, in Middleware Web/Portal applications (Corba and Oracle)
- Experience as a software developer is an asset
- Good knowledge in open source test tools (eg Selenium, Grinder, Fest)
- Experience with mission critical systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Fluent in English and/or French
- Knowledge of Real Time & mission critical systems
- Very good interpersonal skills to communicate with technical stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex software problems
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment
