It is imperative you are a strong Digital lead with a proven track record of delivering business transformations in Financial Service sector.
Essential Experience:-
Demonstrable experience of end to end Programme Delivery
Broad experience across Mobile/Web/Portal/IoT/Data Analytics
Extensive experience in managing distributed delivery teams and 3rd Party providers and outsource partners
Commercially aware - driving sales and growth in a consultancy environment previously
Extensive experience driving change through a digital enabled transformation
Strong and demonstrable experience in tackling and delivering extensive culture change centred on people and behaviours
Exceptional Programme Delivery track record
Excellent senior stakeholder management
