Prestigious Consulting Firm is seeking an Agile Project Manager with AEM experience and JIRA/Confluence experience or another collaboration software. Need a Project Manager with deep Agile experience. This individual will travel to Mexico twice every six months and be a liaison between the client, developers and product managers. Will be driving the projects, managing the processes and creating documentation. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. These will be enterprise size projects.

Designed and implemented SDLC for application delivering team utilizing Agile philosophy and Scaled Agile Framework.
Coach Vendors, Client, and Executive stakeholders on sound Agile Practices
Conduct Release Planning (PI) activities for upcoming pending releases.
Collaborate with Project Management, business stakeholders for long-range planning.
Facilitate Backlog Maintenance sessions for 3 scrum team work tracks.
Defined, implemented, and monitored process improvement initiatives to achieve
environmental stability and consistency.
Implement Agile principles for delivery of team's commitment by applying Value Stream
Mapping, Kanban, and daily team stand-ups, as well as iteration planning.
Collaborated with client's vendors to set priorities then ensure team meets commitments.
Designed and implemented SDLC using Agile philosophy
Leads teams of software engineers facilitation tactical decisions around architecture, design, and implementation
Participated and contributed to architectural design of new technology stack.
Conduct Scrum ceremonies
Assist the team in making technical decisions.
Design, complete, and distribute weekly executive reports.
Review progress with executive management.
Conduct Sprint Demos for organization.
Delivered Software incrementally by managing day-to-day activities for a Front End development team focusing on architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (CQ), template creation, component creation, authoring and publishing.
Supervised pilot projects utilizing AEM 6.0 with Mongo DB, and Sightly
Guide creative team to deliver wire frames and design compositions to developers using agile principals and the Scrum framework while ensuring designs optimized the AEM framework for ability to author.
Lead required Scrum meetings such as daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
Advise organization, executives, clients, and team members on the Scrum framework
