Sr Financial Analyst
Description:
- Manages and analyzes monetary resources and affairs within an organization.
- May also be responsible for conducting technical accounting research as needed.
- Prepares and maintains supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Updates and collects business unit reporting packages, helps prepare ad hoc financial reporting as necessary.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Establishing a cash application, reconciliation, dispute resolution and analysis, including drafting policies and procedures.
- Develop Financial Statement and Operation analysis for Medicaid and On-Exchange Lines of Business.
Requirements:
- Project Management - Leading work across several different departments and vendors
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical writing to draft procedures
- Strong Excel skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of internal clients.
- BA in Finance or Accounting required plus minimum 6+ years of direct relevant experience.
- Able to partner with vendor and other departments to effectively influence desired results
- Ability to learn quickly and independently
- Communicate clearly and concisely
