Qualifications
The consultancy support for this work requires a project manager with the following qualifications:
i.University Degree in IT security, computer science or a closely related engineering field.
ii.A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of Project Management of C2 Systems and/or IT security.
iii.Detailed knowledge and recent experience (a minimum of 12 months in the last 24 months) in the following areas:
a.C2 systems Project Management.
b.IT security.
iv.Practical experience in the following areas is desired:
a.Project Management
b.Software with a large codebase.
c.IT security.
v.Fluency in English; the work is conducted in English Language.
vi.Preferably, experience with the NATO Security Investment Programme.
vii.The candidate must have a NATO SECRET security clearance provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission of the bid covering the period of the requirement.
viii.The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
