Managed P&E Project Delivery Senior Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Consulting of network planning and engineering methods, process and tools.
  • Consulting of the working process between P&E department and other departments in an operator or Managed Service company.
  • Consulting of the working process between P&E Managed Service and the client operator.
  • Consulting of the off-shoring of P&E and its related arrangement
  • Collect and analyze planning & engineering requirements from client and front lines.
  • Prepare generic or customized P&E solutions for any clients or potential clients, and present solution to clients.
  • Communicate with sales, delivery, marketing and research teams, and ensure the related discussion and evaluation can be done smoothly.
  • Generate proposal, guidebooks, cost estimation model, management documents, presentation materials and processes.
  • Support the bidding team to output related P&E solutions.
  • Support overseas bidding and delivery projects.

    • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication, or equivalent.
  • Related experience in professional services; including, but not limited to, mobile or fixed networks, core, transmission. Knowledge and experience in network planning, design, engineering, capacity management will be preferable;
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Frequent overseas travelling is required.
  • Possess good interpersonal communication capability and negotiation skills, systematic thinking and good documentation skills.
  • Proactive, able to work in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment.
  • At least 15 years of related work experience, preferably with 5+ years in management work level, for Senior Consultant.
