Description
In response to increasing regulatory client led demand (IFRS9/IFRS15/IFRS16) we require an experienced Microgen Developer to take part in various Accounting Rules Engine (Microgen) and Sub-Ledger and Accounting Hub programs.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice and insight into the capabilities of Aptitude and MAH
Develop Microgen Aptitude and Microgen Accounting Hub (MAH), formerly OST
Carry out Oracle development
Provide out of hours support with a focus on Oracle performance tuning
Skills
3 years Microgen Aptitude (or similar) deployment experience
3 years MAH knowledge (OST)
Oracle development and performance optimization experience
SQL query writing
UNIX script generation experience
Iterative development experience
Banking or Telecoms sector experience
You should be a client driven, delivery-focused Accounting Hub, Sub-Ledger, Rules Engine professional able to communicate effectively with sponsors, stake holders and key users. As we are working on several large change programs in the UK and across Europe you should be available to travel overseas where necessary.
