SYSTEMS DESIGNER/SC CLEARED/NATO/BMC/ITIL/IMMEDIATE START
RATE: €500 - €580 PD
LOCATION: Mons, Belgium
DURATION: 6 months (initially)
CLEARANCE: SC Cleared/NATO
Essential Skills:
* Proven ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
* System level knowledge on BMC ITSM toolset (7.6, 8.1) and its capabilities
* ITIL Service management knowledge (min foundation)
* Experience in management systems implemented at NCIA
* System level knowledge on BMC ADDM toolset
* Experience in CMDB Atrium EAI and Reconciliation methodology
* System level knowledge on BMC API
Duties/role:
* Daily management of ITSM
* Profile Management/Licensing/Application Configuration
* ITSM development, support and maintenance for Incident Management/Change (and release) Management/Request Fulfilment/Service Level Management/Asset life cycle
* Development of additional features and processes in ITSM: Problem Management/Capacity Management/Availability Management
* Support ADDM deployment in 3 networks
* Migration to Intel based platforms and stop of Solaris
* Migration to ITSM 8.1
