Background
The consultant is needed to help out with the support to the global and country end users of the tools and to assist with business testing and incident handling.
Statement of Assignment/Tasks
The consultant should perform global web site management and provide business support to the national web and merchandiser teams. The consultant should also take part in activities related to testing and incident handling of the new web site, producing training material and conduct trainings for global and national teams.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
- Work in the new content and range management tools and act as a super user for these tools.
- Participate in testing and incident handling of the new tools and web site.
- Create and maintain documentation of the tools and processes
Requirements:
Knowledge
- Background working with content management systems and the web.
- Understanding of digital web and mobile technologies
- Knowledge and interest in web analytics and SEO
- Good communication skills
- Supporting colleagues and driven in problem solving
Experience in
- It is beneficial if the candidate has experience from larger project including web development and implementation.
- Experience in working with the web and content and range management tools
- Experience of supporting others.
- Experience of testing is desirable

Helsingborg - The assignment includes travelling
There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
