Job Purpose/Summary

  • Oversee and manage the implementation and evaluation of change communications plans for the company's Strategic Actions (SA) - Revenue Optimization, Win Where We Target and Segmentation/E2E Value Proposition and Service Delivery.
  • Manage, deliver and improve internal stakeholder engagement from our SAs
  • Manage the delivery of change communications plans for the company's SAs, ensuring smooth project management (project meetings and administration etc.)
  • Develop, update and deliver annual stakeholder engagement plans, including mapping and prioritization, that ensures effective business wider cascade

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the change communications specialist with the development and implementation of internal communications campaigns - including content, event management etc.
  • Build effective relationships with the SAs and a deep understanding of the Programs
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for change communication support from the SAs

Required Experience & Skills


  • Creating and managing internal communications campaigns
  • Planning and delivering internal stakeholder engagements including town halls, workshops etc.
  • Advising senior stakeholders and ability to work across levels and geographies
  • Teamwork-oriented and able to work with a virtual team


  • Able to draft excellent creative copy
  • Able to structure messages to make powerful and persuasive arguments

Additional skills which are preferred, but not required:

  • Sound understanding of change management and change communications theories
