Digital Campaign Manager - ASAP start!

Contract - Manchester - 3 months + £200 - £300 Per day

My nationwide client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing professional to join their vibrant team in Manchester. The successful candidate will help drive the growth of Divisional brands in the UK via direct channels. A fantastic and exciting opportunity for a driven, dynamic and seasoned senior marketer who is passionate about product, lead generation and digital marketing.

To fill this position you will be a hands-on individual in all areas of direct response marketing, with strong online experience across Search, PPC, remarketing, web site optimisation, social media; with a demonstrable track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & delivery of Marketing Plans by sector and business size through Demand Generation. Driven by commercial objectives with appropriate content marketing and product mix.
  • Work closely with Sales teams.
  • Manage the Prospect engagement programmes via our platforms. Full CRM life cycle management.
  • Influence PPC campaigns to integrate marketing plans with search and social.
  • Integrate the marketing plan with NPD/NSD.
  • Complete weekly reports for the Senior Management Team.
  • Maintain marketing conversion metrics to agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate full understanding of the platform services we currently provide.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor products and services.
  • To make recommendations on the appropriate customer propositions for the sector along with the relevant delivery channel.
  • To ensure that marketing activities of suppliers is relevant, accurate and appropriate.
  • To assist in the overall forecasting and planning functions.
  • To anticipate changing market conditions and the preparation of plans to deal effectively with this change.
  • Sensitivity to marketing innovations and trends in the relevant product sets.

Skills/Experience

  • Relevant senior marketing (product or content) experience in B2B Technology, ICT or in an agency environment.
  • Holding of or working towards membership of professional marketing body (CIM, IDM etc.).
  • Evidence of developing value and service propositions.
  • Effective relationship management skills with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Experience of delivering broad-based functional advice and support.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into deliverable operational targets.
  • Understanding of marketing legislation, compliance, data regulations and procedures.
  • Project Management - experience in delivering projects
  • Evidence of Lead Generation Marketing or Demand Generation Marketing. Strong working knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms; eg Dotmailer, Cheetah, Mailchimp and/or Marketing Automation Platforms, eg Pardot, Silverpop, Marketo, Eloqua.
  • Evidence of use and management of current CRM applications; Salesforce or Oracle desired.
  • Strong understanding of managing data.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a B2B marketing role. Demonstrable organisational skills managing complex schedules.
  • Experience of event management, production and co-ordination.
  • Experience in digital advertising and media with mobile and/or E-commerce preferred.
  • Experience of planning, budgetary management, project management and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Flexibility to UK travel.
