Roles: UAT Test lead (onsite/offshore)
Responsibilities:
Use case reviews and coming up with Business driven Test ideas
Develop test strategies, Test plans
Provide functional and technical hands on and oversight
Create and coordinate test data requirements
Execution coordination and status reporting
Conduct defect triaging and prevention meetings
Implement quality improvement plans
Interact with System Integration testing team and understand test results
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years (mandatory) UAT experience
A minimum of 1 year (mandatory) experience in coordinating a testing team
Mandatory ISTQB certification (or similar)
Mandatory experience in banking (min. 3 months), participation in projects, HPQC usage (test case management, defect reporting and tracking)
Experience in AML and AML case management tool is mandatory, but testers lacking this experience will be considered if they have strong testing skills and/or experience with similar systems
Desired experience: Mantas, case management tool, Compliance in financial institution, Bachelor's degree (or higher)
