For our customer we are looking for a Senior IT PM.
Background
Being esponsible for 4 different oracle environments, our Client needs a Senior PM in order for the developers to have a clean and reliable development, testing and deployment process. They need the data and structure in the environments to be synchronized regularly. Regulatory requirements of segregation of duties and masking of personal data complicate the tasks.
New solution
The task is to design at setup that will synchronize the database environments either on a regular or on a need-to-have basis. The solution needs to incorporate specialized data masking- and access rules for each environment to satisfy the business needs from stakeholders and be compliant to the Clients IT security rules and external regulatory requirements.
Job description
The consultant will be responsible managing the process of designing such a job. The project will include defining the business needs for the synchronization process in collaboration with stakeholders and working together with the internal Oracle team in setting up the right jobs for the task.
The solution will be built using well known data management software such as Delphix. The project needs a senior DBA or similar with knowledge of Oracle databases, PL/SQL and preferably the Exadata platform combined with excellent project manager skills. Experience with similar tasks is an advantage.
Initial contract will last until with possibility of prolonging.
