We are hiring for ServiceNow Solution Architect at Gothenburg,Sweden for one our reputed client.
Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect
Location: Gothenburg,Sweden
Job Type: Contract
Technical skill set:
1. ServiceNow experience with at least three end-to-end implementations
2. Expertise in service design, transition and operations processes
3. Broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping requirements to an end-to-end technology solution
4. Participate in requirements gathering, design and implementation of service management capabilities
5. Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
6. If required, create sample solutions (proof of concept) to obtain design acceptance
7. Lead implementation efforts necessary to automate processes and support the operation of end-to-end IT services and IT processes
8. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow administration
9. Good knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS etc
10. Knowledge of Third Party tool integration
Responsibility:
ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for understanding business needs, advising suitable solutions, preparing a roadmap, obtaining business approval and working with development team for its implementation.
Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
