Project Coordinator

Duties:

  • Track and coordinate projects to ensure prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
  • Coordinate with key personnel to perform functions as determined by departmental needs.
  • Provide logistical support to project team including calendar management, supporting key events and information management.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes from relevant project meetingsProvide support to change/communication/training resources as neededBuild and maintain SharePoint site(s) that stores relevant project documentation, organizational charts, calendars, meeting minutes and other relevant project reports.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly project reports, gather information from appropriate personnel, and distribute reports to appropriate team members and post to SharePoint.Prepare PowerPoint presentations to support program/project reporting
  • Maintain project status spreadsheets.

Projects will include but are not limited to producing executive PowerPoint presentations, researching vendor supplier diversity status, researching and documenting contract language, validating vendor contact information, developing standard operating procedures, sourcing supplier inclusion, Intranet page updating, supplier information requestsRequirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required and at least 2 years of business experience preferred
  • Some Project Coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills required (provide presentation sample)
  • MS SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and business acumen required
