Managed P&E Project Delivery Senior Consultant
Job Responsibilities
1. Consulting of network planning and engineering methods, process and tools.
2. Consulting of the working process between P&E department and other departments in an operator or Managed Service company.
3. Consulting of the working process between P&E Managed Service and the client operator.
4. Consulting of the off-shoring of P&E and its related arrangement
5. Collect and analyze planning & engineering requirements from client and front lines.
6. Prepare generic or customized P&E solutions for any clients or potential clients, and present solution to clients.
7. Communicate with sales, delivery, marketing and research teams, and ensure the related discussion and evaluation can be done smoothly.
8. Generate proposal, guidebooks, cost estimation model, management documents, presentation materials and processes.
9. Support the bidding team to output related P&E solutions.
10. Support overseas bidding and delivery projects.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication, or equivalent.
2. Related experience in professional services; including, but not limited to, mobile or fixed networks, core, transmission. Knowledge and experience in network planning, design, engineering, capacity management will be preferable;
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Frequent overseas travelling is required.
5. Possess good interpersonal communication capability and negotiation skills, systematic thinking and good documentation skills.
6. Mature and proactive, able to work in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment.
7. At least 15 years of related work experience, preferably with 5+ years in management work level, for Senior Consultant.
