IT PMO Analyst/Coordinator - Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project
Leading, global pharmaceutical company require an IT PMO Analyst/Coordinator to provide support the Project Management Office in delivering a large programme of work.
Major accountability and deliverables
Provide analytical support to the Team Management and Project Management Office supporting the IRIS Program.
The analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Global Test lead/Project Manager(s).
In particular, he/she will have the following accountabilities:
- Support Leads in developing and maintaining multiple trackers in Excel/SharePoint/HP ALM (PROTON)/etc to assist in providing status of Test progress (including defect management)
- Support Leads in performing integrity checks on test scripts, defects and enhancements
entered in the various project management tools
- Contribute to preparation of presentations, workshops and meetings (including meeting minutes)
- Support Leads in maintaining respective SharePoint Portals
- Assist in communications to project team members
- Support testing of new tools used in the support of the project
- Track deliverables and timelines as needed
- Support Leads and other teams in other activities as they arise
- Onboarding activities
- Preparation of status reports
- Project Server
Minimum requirements
Experience of 1 -2 years supporting large scale projects
Strong communication skills as well as analytical aptitude and problem solving skills
Degree in Information Technology is a plus
Strong understanding of project life cycle and typical deliverables for a project
Strong quantitative background
Ability to run analyses in Microsoft Excel
Strong PowerPoint skills
Microsoft Project skills
Strong story boarding and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability
Attention to detail and quality focused
Organizational, planning and project management skills
Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to operate effectively in an international environment
Technical aptitude and desire to learn
Ability to arrive at simple yet robust analysis and insights from complex data sources
Ability to convert hard/raw data into meaningful analysis.
