Description
We have an immediate need for a Batch Analyst for a long term 2+ year contract position with a client in Wilmington, DE. This position will require a face to face on site interview in Wilmington, DE.
Work with a highly energetic and dynamic team supporting batch and file transmission in a fast-pace operations environment. This position requires a detail oriented individual who will be responsible for the timely monitoring, support and processing of all production batch and file transmissions, problem and change management request, and change implementations, while ensuring timely delivery of production data to meet service level agreements.
Successful candidates will have a solid technical understanding of batch and file processing and concepts, a strong work ethic, motivation to grow and succeed and be prepared to get the job done.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of batch scheduling packages (Control-M, CA7, TWS).
- Knowledge of Datastage/ETL, ConnectDirect, ConnectEnterprise, Control-M platforms a plus.
- Knowledge of common Unix commands and basic TCP/IP Networking concepts.
- Prior experience in a Data Center environment preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational skills, and strong troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and or various shift rotations as required.
