SAP MRS Consultant - English Speaking - Muscat, Oman (70% Remote Work). Start: 3rd October months
Our client in Muscat, Oman needs an SAP MRS consultant to help in implementing the SAP MRS (Multiresource Scheduling) solution.
The role is to help improve service quality within the automotive sector including the following business goals:
* Improve customer service
* Shorten the order-to-cash cycle
* Reduce planning time and cost
* Clearly display available resources (human/tools)
* Quickly create an appointment with time estimation
* Easily overview the capacity of the workshop
* Easily appoint and schedule the resource
* Execution monitoring (clocking data integration)
Main Features:
Capacity Management:
* Scheduling and dispatching on work center level
* Level capacity by re-scheduling with consideration of relationships
* Add resources
* Work load at group level
* Planned and unplanned orders
* Employee availability (planned working time, absences, attendances)
Monitoring:
* Execution Monitoring
* Material availability status
* Skill Management
* Integration with SAP HR/MRS qualifications
Integration with HR Time Management:
* Bi-directional interface with SAP HR (absences, attendances, substitutions)
* Shift Information from SAP HR
Graphical Planning Board:
* Powerful SAP GUI based Planning Board
* Lean Web UI based Planning Board
Optimizer:
* Optimizer engine creates daily schedule based on cost parameters
Integration with mobile devices
Most of the work can be done remotely and the client is happy to consider applicants who prefer working part time. Expenses will be paid for onsite work (normally 2 week spells) and Visas will be arranged.
