The Responsibilities/Required skills are as follows:

JavaScript language and Modern JavaScript frameworks especially AngularJS, React.js
HTML5, CSS3, SASS (preferred)/LESS, bower, npm
Build systems Grunt and/or Gulp
Test first mindset (TDD), and well versed with Karma/Jasmine test stack (preferred)
Restful APIs, HTTP methods, Authentication protocols and techniques
Continuous Integration, Continuous delivery, Agile development
Git, responsive web design
