Functional Analyst, User Support, Barcelona
A Functional Analyst with 4 years' IT project experience including user support, required for our client in Barcelona, working in an English-language, International environment. You will be providing user support on internal applications on the Helpdesk, as well as testing and input to business process workflow improvement. This is a long-term assignment, 6 months' contracts, renewable.
EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Min. 4 years professional Functional Analysis and IT experience
- Experience in Process Analysis
- User support/Helpdesk
- Testing
- Access, Excel
- Languages: fluent English; Min level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF)
DESIRABLE
- 1 years experience developing .NET applications
