Training design, content, training delivery, financial services, change, £250 per day, South West
Innovative financial services client is currently seeking a training designer to take a key role in a major change programme effecting multiple, national divisions.
The successful candidates will need to have a background in training with some design exposure. Financial services background is very beneficial but not essential. Those with experience of training on new systems and work practices will be predeliveryferred as will those with training certifications.
Essential deliverables and required experience
- Personal responsibility for delivery of training programme
- Research and design of relevant and professional training materials to deliver transformation objectives
- Test training materials and attain sign off with L&D manager and nominated working party
- Develop learning assessment materials to ensure that the learning objectives are met
- Deliver the agreed training materials to target audience
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees of target divisions
- Design and deliver train the trainer events as relevant
- Mentor and sign off any local training personnel to ensure ongoing acceptance
This is an interim role for 6-12 months based in the south west with some periodic national travel, particularly Manchester. Day rates will be c£250 depending on experience.
