CD&CI Tools Specialist
Square One are looking for a DevOps Tools Specialist to come on board for 3 month rolling contract based in Croydon looking to start immediately.
MUST HOLD CURRENT ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE OR BE ELIGIBLE FOR CLEARANCE
This role requires an individual who is highly experienced in DevOps tooling configuration. The candidate will be the go to person on the account to ensure that the tooling is configured and being used to industry standard, and continually striving to improve the efficiency and productivity of the development and support teams.
Experience in automating the build and deployment of various technologies
Highly experienced in handling CI/CD tool configuration
Experience in target deployments to multiple environments
Knowledgeable on operational practices including DevOps and agile
Knowledgeable on Configuration Management
Hands-on with the administration of Subversion, Git SCM repositories
Experience in creating automated build scripts for release management across Dev/QA/Prod environments
In-depth experience in Build, Release Management, Deployment automation process.
Experience in Integration of various tools and technologies in the devops pipeline (eg Jira and Jenkins)
Proficiency with Linux system administration
Familiar with the challenges of maintaining the various layers of the web/application stack
Collaborate with developers, business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems, and determine priority of needs
