Integration Engineer- Aerospace
A Integration Engineer with Aerospace experience is required to work on a ten month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our defence client based in Lancashire.
This is a 10 month contract with a leading UK defence company.
Overview of the Integration Engineer contract role
You will be responsible for maintaining the Export and Mandated Training records within the IPT containing circa 400 personnel. You will need to be proficient in MS Excel Databases and will be required to manipulate data on a regular bases into the prescribed reporting packs for escalation into the existing reporting structure.
Key skills required for the Integration Engineer
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Products. - Essential
- The ability to use MS Excel proficiently (Pivot Tables etc.) - Essential
- An Understanding of UK & US Export Regulations - Highly desirable
- Worked in an Aerospace environment - Advantageous
- Experience of Quality and/or Safety Management - Advantageous
- Experience of working in a Service/Customer focused environment - Advantageous
- Ability to project themselves in a forum and deliver presentations - Advantageous
The role is based in Preston, Lancashire - commutable from Blackpool, Lancaster, Morecambe, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Skipton, Stockport, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham with excellent access from Liverpool and Leeds.
